In-stock items arrive in 1–3 days. Items we source for you arrive in 3–7 days. Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown at checkout.

Yes — choose Pickup at checkout and we'll message you on WhatsApp when it's ready.

For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened skincare. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.

Your consultation fee comes off your next order automatically, as long as you order within 14 days of paying.
